I can only give a 4-star rating. Halloween theme installed, love the slideshow pics and animated pumpkin cursor. The “sounds” however, are not there. I did not see any instructions to activate them. Theme Sound in settings says Windows Default.
The “Scary Sounds” are an add on module for this skin.
